Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your order once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. 

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day (excluding public holidays). Cut off time for shipping is 3:00PM EST.

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

What do I do if my tracking update says "delivered" but I did not receive my package?

AMBRE' shipments do not require a signature upon delivery, except those sent via USPS with fine jewelry. While all shipping carriers are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, we will do everything we can to make sure you get your product. If you receive a "delivered" message from our carrier but do not receive your package, please contact the carrier after you've checked the entire premises of your home. If you are not able to track down your package through the carrier, our store policy will allow us to either reissue your order or offer you store credit within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date.
